Wood D. Pope, M.D.

Dr. Pope received his bachelor's degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia in Athens. He then attended the   Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he received his medical doctorate degree.  Dr. Pope continued his education at the University of Tennessee/ Campbell Clinic where he completed his five-year orthaopedic residency. During his residency he was elected from among his peers to serve as Chief Resident. Throughout his education, Dr. Pope received numerous honors and scholarships.  He was Phi Beta Kappa and recipient of the 1997 Alumni Scholar Award from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Pope is a member of the American Academy of Othopaedic Surgeons.
