Our Philosophy:

Forsyth Street Ambulatory Surgery Center takes pride in providing top-of-the-line care to each and every one of our patients. If we do not meet your expectations, then we have failed.

 

Let The Numbers Do The Talking:

Forsyth Street ASC hands out a patient survey to each and every patient that we see... the surveys are mailed back, and then the results are recorded, and shared with appropriate staff members. 

Any unsatisfactory score is escalated to one of our qualified managers who will attempt to contact the patient to provide a resolution and collect all information regarding the incident. Then, policies and procedures are reviewed and modified, and our staff is trained or educated as needed to prevent the issue from occuring again.
